Miss Brooke at 2 months

Our little girl is now a little over 2 months old. She is smiling and is talking. She weighs 9 lbs 9 oz. (I can't get a good picture of her smiling I miss it every time I took a picture) She loves to talk to Mommy in the mornings and while she gets her diaper changed. We play a lot of animal sounds and talk about our day and the Thanksgiving Holiday that is coming up. We are excited to have her meet more family. She just started to suck on her hands and sometimes she will talk during and occassionly she will find her thumb. She is just so Cute!

Hay is in for Winter!

Wahoo! The Hay is in!! Thanks to Pete. They started at 7 am and finished about 1 in the afternoon. Giving Pete breaks as needed. He stacked 504 bails of hay by himself. Darin was able to use a skidsteer to haul in 6 bails at a time and bring it to Pete's level to stack. That was a big help! Doug and Darin are very thankful to get this in before mother nature decides it wants to rain.

Baby Austin's Nursery

The Baby's Nursery is painted over the 4th of July Thanks to Grandpa and Daddy to be!! It only took them a hour to get it done and did a second coat the next day. I like it and yes it is bright. I hope that the furniture and decor will balance it out. The Furniture is on its way and will put that up when it is here.

New Baby Calves!!

This is our 4th baby calf this year. He is an all white face bull calf!! Our Idaho had a hard time with this little guy! Thank goodness Darin was there when he arrived. He was flipped upside down when he was born. With quick action Darin straightened him out and moved him onto the grass and Idaho came to clean him up quickly.

This is our 5th and last baby born for this year. He was born on May 31st while Darin and I were up in Coeur d'
Alene for the weekend.

He arrived with no issues. ;>)

Memorial Day Weekend

This River is the North Fork. This was our view from our Bed in our Camper. We saw a cow Elk cross this river around 9:30pm. We also saw Eagles and lots of Blue Herons.

The White Cloud Mountains were really neat to see up the East Fork of the Salmon River.
We saw all kinds of Deer.

This waterfall was very close to our campsite.

One of the many beautiful sceneries we saw up the East Fork of the Salmon River.
